[Kde-cvs-announce] [REMINDER] 4.12 RC (4.11.97) tagging - November 27

This is a reminder that on Wednesday 27 November we will be tagging 
for 4.12 Release Candidate (4.11.97) at 23:59 UTC so if you have to update 
program version numbers, library abi numbers, bugzilla program version numbers 
or stuff like that, please do it as soon as possible (remember to do it on the 
KDE/4.12 branch ;-))

Also if you can add all the news-worthy stuff you did for 4.12 to 
https://notes.kde.org/p/release_4.12 it will help the people writing the 
release announcement.
