Wednesday, October 30, 2013 has
 * KDE SC 4.12 Feature Freeze
 * KDE SC 4.12 Dependency Freeze
 * KDE SC 4.12 API Freeze
 * KDE SC 4.12 Artwork and Bindings Freeze
 * KDE SC 4.12 Message Freeze

>From now on only bugfixes, if you have any feature you could not land for any 
reason please contact the release-team

KDE/4.12 branches will be created next week and master will be then reopened 
for development
