This Thursday September 26, 2013 at 23:59 UTC, is the time for 4.11.2 Tagging

If you have to update program version numbers, library abi numbers, bugzilla 
program version numbers or stuff like that, please do it as soon as possible.
  
Please make sure you set the FIXED-IN version of all the bugs with 4.11.2 so 
they appear correctly linked from the announcement
