[Kde-cvs-announce] disabled weak KDE SVN ssh account keys

Hi, 

If you used Debian or a Debian derivative to generate your ssh keys and your 
KDE SVN account is using ssh (svn info shows svn+ssh:// as the url), and your 
account stopped working, please read: 

http://wiki.debian.org/SSLkeys

If you send a new key to sysadmin at kde.org, we can reenable your account.
