[Kde-cvs-announce] A note to translators

Hi!

Even though I requested an explicit OK from all translation teams
on kde-i18n-doc at kde.org, I only received feedback from 60% of all
teams. This makes me believe, that we have tons of unmaintained 
languages I want to remove from further KDE 3.5 releases.

To avoid this, I want to remind translators that at least one of the team (we 
call it team coordinator on l10n.kde.org) is required to be subscribed on 
this list: https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-i18n-doc

I still see teams translating non-existing POT files in trunk/l10n and 
translators not following the mailing list instructions makes it impossible
to do any kind of coordinated effort ;(
