[Kde-cvs-announce] KDE_3_4_0_RELEASE tag is set to final

Hi!

I just reviewed the backport commits and moved for most of them
the release tag. From now on feel free to backport into the BRANCH 
on your decision. KDE 3.4.0 is done: Every commit in the branch
will improve 3.4.1 though.

One last thing: This list is no replacement for kde-i18n-doc. 
Translation team leaders _have_ to read that list too, there is no
way around that.
