Not sure, we already have maany "more stuff for qml" repos, might this be a bit 
confusing for the frameworks user?

I tought we came to the agreement of "qml things go in the relevant framework"
in this case is a bit different as the dependency is just qtcore.

so this would be "dependent from anything qt and no frameworks" right?
