Changing CI builds to RelWithDebInfo from Debug

FYI,
I did some measurements for my project and can confirm the compile time 
should go up for Release build.
The memory requirement would also up significantly, at least for Unity 
Build.
The difference was surprisingly noticeable for me, so be careful.
