Moving plasma-phonebook, plasma-settings and plasma-camera into KDE Gear

Hello,

We have a couple of Plasma Mobile related apps that aren't yet part of
a release cycle (and are being manually released). What is the process
for getting them into KDE Gear? I believe they passed KDEReview years
ago, but for some reason were missed in the initial wave of Plasma
Mobile apps that joined KDE Gear.
