Question about service start order

I am currently in the process of writing a selinux policy for all kde.

I'm currently having trouble running kwalletd5. (the program itself
works fine, selinux context issue)

Now the situation is this:
             ├─user-1000.slice
             │ ├─session-4.scope
             │ │ ├─1052 /usr/lib/sddm/sddm-helper --socket
/tmp/sddm-auth98a11733-3fe4-435b-9cc1-0cfa4c0d666b --id 1 --start
/usr/bin/startplasma-x11 --user user
             │ │ ├─1066 /usr/bin/kwalletd5 --pam-login 6 8
             │ │ └─1067 /usr/bin/startplasma-x11

ppid 1 (systemd), tagged for this case, doesn't help.
     /usr/bin/kwalletd5 --pam-login 6 8 is labeled user_u:user_r:user_t

I marked this file (/usr/bin/kwalletd5), there is zero reaction in the
logs, it was launched immediately with user_t

I do not understand who launches it and with what files.
Can you tell us more about its launch?
