Plasma Remote Controllers in KDE Review

- src dir is missing i18n setup (messages.sh and define in cmakelists)
- not reuse covered
- metainfo.xml missing (appstream)
- doesn't have gitlab ci builds apparently?
- doesn't have bugzilla product
- clazy is not happy
