No, that's not how it works. You need to use Messages.sh like the rest of us.

Fortunately for you Yuri commited something already.

Now, you need to figure out how to actually load and use those translations.

To a regular project i would just suggest to use ecm_create_qm_loader like everyone else does, but since sadly you are using an unsupported build system, you're on your own.
