Latte Dock in review phase

hello everyone, the two weeks period that is the minimum in order for a
project to be in review has been reached today.
The Latte Team wont rush things and will provide two more weeks for review.
So if everything goes ok we would like to
move from review to extragear the first week of November.

The thing is that we are a bit stall concerning development because we are
waiting for review to finish. Only minor bug
fixes get into master and any requests so far have been adressed, please
correct me if that is not the case.
