Latte : make_unique for gcc <=4.8

gcc 4.8.5 is used by openSUSE Leap.

 If you check the code now i enable it through cmake if it is needed by
using the flag -DINCLUDE_MAKE_UNIQUE=ON

You can let cmake do the check:

Not sure if this is the best option, though.
