Why do we need to run two kwalletd?

Stefan Bruens made a patch to use a single D-Bus services for both 
wallets, IIRC. It's in branch "kwalletd4_dbus_compat". It was never 
properly reviewed, so I think it has a bit bitrotten, but worth starting 
from there.
