libkdeaccessibilityclient: Qt 5 constructs introduced in Qt 4 code

Hi all,

According to the build metadata the 'master' branch of
libkdeaccessibilityclient is supposed to be buildable with Qt 4.
Unfortunately it fails to compile due to usage of QStringLiteral,
which was introduced in Qt 5.

Can someone please take a look at it, either correcting the code or
build metadata appropriately?
