Albert, thanks for your help and thanks for pointing out the need to fix this in all the other places.
I went through the list and patched all instances that I considered important, i.e. visible to the user.
I left out the projects in the playground and I left out all comments and such.

Gee, it's kind of scary how many projects feel the need for their own country lists, instead of using a common database, such as the i10n data or the iso-codes package :/

What's left to be done is the Qt/Qlocale data, I'll try to get that done too.
