Moving akonadi from kdesupport and akonadi-search from playground

I spoke with Dan. He told me that Ben waited more feedback from kde dev about 
it.

He kde-code-dev guys could you give us more feedback please ?

It urges because Albert waits this moving for creating 15.08.
For the moment it's postponed.
