as my just two cents, i'm quite happy with gerrit, has an horrible interface, 
but i like what it does.

about phabricator, can't say anything, never tried, if any project want to 
test it as it seems from the thread would be happy to try it.

but in the end, I would be quite happy even if we go with just gerrit.
