Downtime announcement: all mail infrastructure

Hi everyone,

To allow sysadmin to migrate mail services to a replacement system
there will be some downtime for a few hours from 7pm UTC tomorrow
(Wednesday 18th February).

Apologies for any inconvenience. This will affect both aliases and
mailing lists, for all domains we handle.
