I am also quite sceptical of this. The main task of a mail system is to
deliver email reliably. Anti-Spam measures are only useful if they have
a very very low false-positive rate. And from my personal experience,
DKIM is so shaky to date that you will end up rejecting _lots_ of mail
erraneously.
