Downtime Notification: Git and Subversion

Hi all,

In order to allow for maintenance and updates on the physical host for
git.kde.org and svn.kde.org downtime has been scheduled for both.
This will span from 1200 UTC to 1800 UTC on Friday, 22 March.

While we will try to keep the actual period of downtime as short as
possible during this period, due to the nature of the change, it may
take longer than we expect.
Apologies for the short notice.
