openSUSE packagers' take on the 3 month release cycle

right now, we can only assume that we (KDE) are able to do this.
3 months is quite short. You don't always have time, then one month has 
already passed, and there is only one more month left.

How about 4 months instead of 3 ? Then it would be 3 releases per year.
