Plans for SVN infrastructure shutdown

At this time this is the current plan.

With regards to any and all binary data: watch this space. At this
time it is known that Git support for binary data is quite poor,
however any final decisions in regard to their future have not yet
been made (as support in Git could potentially improve..)
