Guys, please see the discussion in the Qt dev mailing list. I'm sorry I have
to block QCollator, but we need the ICU issue resolved first. Anyone who can
help John Layt with locale, dates, times, timezones, calendars, or Unicode,
please do.
If we make QCollator public now, we're stuck with it until Qt 6.
