KLocale::TimeFormatOptions, KLocale::TimeProcessingOptions , KLocale::DateTimeComponents, KLocale::DateTimeFormatOptions are now exported to QML correctly.
Just added Q_FLAGS after Q_DECLARE_FLAGS
