It takes exactly 4 lines in your kdesrc-buildrc to get the latest cmake 
updated and built at the same time as kdelibs-frameworks:

module cmake-git
  repository git://cmake.org/cmake.git
  ordering-tier 0
end module

This is a high entry barrier? Pff.
