Who relies on Soprano::Model::statement[s]Added|Removed signals?

You might want to contact developers using the signals directly. 
lxr.kde.org suggests: Digikam, Amarok, kdepim, telepathy, ginkgo and the 
nepomuktags Plasma dataengine.

Everything else looks like your domain (although the nepomuk backupsync 
service might not be).
