all window decorations are in kde-workspace/kwin/clients/ The default oxygen window decoration also requires a 
lib in kde-workspace/libs/ which should be in sync with the decoration.

Since 4.7 KWin does no longer abort when the decoration is broken (e.g. different version of oxygen deco and 
oxygen lib) but just does not load a decoration. There should be debug output in that case.
