KDE-core and Webkit interface

Hi all !
I'm a Newbie and I have a team.
My team has the project. It builds interface base on KDE-core and 
Webkit. But we don't know the point we can start and how to combine KDE 
core and Webkit to one interface.
Please Give us some advice such as progamming language or support us 
when you're posible.
