Requesting freeze exception for JtG

The changes I need to commit need to go into kdelibs. AFAIK, post-4.8
releases will be based on kdelibs 4.8. In fact, kdelibs 4.8 is
essentially 4.7 (there is no 4.8 branch for kdelibs). Or am I wrong?
