the point of having them CC'd here is so that discussion of patches are 
visible to everyone involved in kdelibs development. with the emails being 
sent here, patches are instantly visible to the entire contributor community 
resulting in a far lower chance of patches dropping through the cracks.

if you don't want to read the review board mail, use a mail filter to move 
them somewhere else. i actually do exactly that myself, though for nearly the 
opposite reason: to be able to see only those emails separate from other 
conversations and thereby prioritize reading them :)
