[announce] KSecretsService into it's way to be released

Hello,

Please be informed that KSecretsService components were included into 
the main repositories as follows:

*kdelibs/kdeui/ksecretsservice*
API intented for the applications. Will replace KWallet API.
commit id before was

6b6af2d3889ecd53ce1aa1a00b1befcbc244610c


*kdelibs/kdeui/util/kwallet.cpp
Depending on configuration, it uses the new API to go through 
KSecretsService

*kde-runtime*
Received the ksecretsserviced code formerly in 
playground/ksecretservice/daemon
Commit id before was

*ksecrets*
Pending move to kde-utils
Contains some utilities related to KSecretsService

I'll prepare more documentation on techbase and community for this.

Looking forward for the bug reports :-)
