This patch enables to specify different icon for every event in notifyrc file. Example:
 [Event/telepathyError]
 IconName=dialog-error

 [Event/telepathyInfo]
 IconName=dialog-information

If there's no such key in [Event/..] section, it looks for the icon in [Global].
