There's a suggested workflow for kde-workspace at
http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Git/Feature_Development_Workflow
which Plasma are discussing adopting, and I think the PIM guys are discussing
a workflow to fit their needs as well.
I've added the kdelibs workflow to the Platform 11 agenda and will try push
people to review the documentation during quieter spells.

No response or action to date, I'll push again at Randa, and ping the
sysadmins to see what can be done.
