4.6 branches created in git again

BTW, the only reason why they are there is because I created them like that 
when I did the initial import rules 2.5 years ago.

At the time, Qt had a branch called "qt/4.7" and it seemed to us like a good 
idea. I did the same for KDE, hence "KDE/4.6" today.

Qt has since moved to using a branch called "4.7" only.
