Review request for kdelibs and Dawit Alemayehu.

Summary
-------

This patch adds a checkbox to the notifications added by commit 3bbd4496 to let the users remember their choice when warning are issued. This is helpful for non-interactive processes (as is the case with the Akonadi dav resource) that try to connect to servers for which it is known that authentication is required, but that return a temporary error. These warnings may come in batches that are very annoying to the user.

Diffs
-----

  kioslave/http/http.cpp 46d2a01

Diff: http://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/101659/diff

Testing
-------

Confirmed that the choices are remembered.

Thanks,

Grégory
