KDM plans and lightDM

Because at least until I sent the email, everybody thought that KDM was in 
"maintenance" mode, meaning only bug fixing. lightDM instead is kick'in hard 
and is trying to be cross-platform as possible and they're at least 
advertising it as such.
Also, to make something cross-platform you need developers wanting to do the 
job, willing to give support etc. Are KDM developers available for that? I'm 
truly wondering it don't take my words as retorical or something like that.

Again, is there anybody willing to do the job? it is always about that...
