moving libkface and libkmap from kdereview to extragear/libs.

Version numbers are fine.

For name i resume by :

- libkmap need to be changed to libkgeomap

- libkface still libkface

Fine for all ?

If yes i will open first a file in B.K.O about moving libkface to
extragear/libs

In second stage libkmap need to be patched (+ digiKam and kipi-plugins)
before to open a new file in B.K.O about.
