Review request for kdelibs and George Goldberg.
Summary
-------
KInetD provided some useful functionality to krfb. This is an attempt to revive it (initial version, to get some feedback).
I disabled (mostly commented out)KServiceRegistry, which publishes the service on the network using OpenSLP. -> I'd like to hear some input on that, if I should try re-enabling it, or stripping it out completely.
The ability to pass a socketdescriptor to another program exists, but only as a command line argument to the program. I suppose it should be implemented via DBus, but I'd need some guidance on that.
Diffs

Testing
-------
It compiles, it runs : listens on correct port, registers with DNSSD, and notifies on incoming connection.
Thanks,
Martin
