[PATCH]:Default user agent modification in KProtocolManager...

I guess no one has any objections to me making this change... Just the
same here is the most up to date version of the patch. The main change
from previous patch are:

#1 Make default useragent strings use the actual runtime version
number of KDE instead of the one from compile time.
#2. Use QStringBuilder for minor speed improvements in string
concatenation operations.
