Akonadi, Attica and Soprano moved to git.kde.org

Hi,

I amended 
http://techbase.kde.org/Getting_Started/Build/KDE4/Prerequisites
by changing kdesupport section to "kdesupport svn dependencies" and 
"kdesupport Git dependencies" sections.

Anyone who feels like improving this is welcome!
