Required gcc version for KDE ? (is gcc 4.1 out ?)

Do we have an existing check where all we need to do is change a number?

If so, then bump it to 4.2.

If we don't have such a check, I'd say don't add it, but let's instead 
document it. It's perfectly fine for people to send fixes for older compilers.
