That particular bug seems to be fixed in 4.6.3 (4.6 branch). Will 4.6.3 
be released in time for KDE 4.5? If yes, I think the requirement should 
be raised to 4.6.3 or the system tray changed to work with 4.6.2 . The 
bug is extremly annoying, you end up with duplicate (or more) icons, or 
empty spaces in system tray.
