Optional Qt 4.7 dependency (Qt 4.7 pre-release users should read this)

I don't think it's wise to depend on 4.7 that late in the game.

But it's enough time to make sure it works.

PS: I've been running KDE trunk with Qt 4.7 since the TP and this is the best 
so far. I have only one minor annoyance.
