friendly reminder: please close your review requests

as it stands, just browsing the review requests on reviewboard to see
what needs to be done is totally infeasible beyond the currently "hot"
reviews, as the list is crowded with stale stuff.
so *please* go through your own reviews and do the housekeeping - mark
the applied requests as submitted (and if you feel pedantic add the
revision number :).
not sure what about rejected requests - never seen the admin interface
myself. somebody wants to enlighten me? :)
on the bright side, most requests are already being properly marked. :-)
