Review request for kdelibs.

Summary
-------

Currently there is no easy way to get the list of protocols from the breadcrumb navigation bar. This adds a reliable way to get it (except for typing in a broken location).

In order to trigger the protocols list, you must first get the location bar into editable mode (if it isn't already), then clear the location bar (such as by clicking the "x" button on the far right), then return to breadcrumb mode. This will then show an empty address bar with the protocols list on the far left. Any navigation-related actions (going back, going forward, going to a place, going to a folder, selecting a protocol) will reset it to the normal mode. You can also get your previous location back by clicking the far right of the address bar to go back into editable mode (which will restore the current location to the address bar) then going back to breadcrumb mode.
