review request on kinfocenter/systemsettings tooltip appearance

Hugo,
  On the subject of tooltips..

  When you view the tooltip for something, sometimes there is further
information in the WhatsThis.  However this is not discoverable and
noone checks WhatsThis because usually there isn't any information
there..

  Could we make it so that there is an image of the [F1] button in the
top right if there is whatsthis information available?  And then if
you press F1 it shows the WhatsThis for the currently opened tooltip.
