+1 to removing from kdeadmin, I stumbled across this just the other day on my
machine and wondered why it was still there. It is seriously outdated and can
only be confusing to new users who think it might actually work or be useful.
Those who prefer manual config and don't want to use their distro supplied
tool can easily find it elsewhere. I'd favour extragear but for the fact it
is unmaintained, so playground it is.
