Summary
-------

Change the default setPowerSave KConfig option to default to false.

At the moment, as the option has changed from a combobox to a tick box, everyone's profiles that have upgraded with 4.4 config files are being created with an enabled power save option, even in the performance profile. Therefore HAL is choosing to use the system power save option. This option cycles down the hard drive every 2 mins on most PC's. 

Lots of very confused people wondering why their KDE is slow, when its just that the hard drive needs to spin up
